Registration Fees
For student registration fee to be approved proof of student /post graduate status (copy of student card or signed letter by head of the department) must be sent by email to: ICNI2024@chem.bg.ac.rs
The registration fee for ICNI-III covers: Full access to scientific sessions, access to technical exhibition, poster sessions, refreshments during breaks, all lunches, welcome reception on Monday, guided city tour on Tuesday, gift bag including program, and abstract book on USB stick.
* The registration fee for Accompanying Person covers: Welcome reception on Monday, All lunches, guided city tour on Tuesday, but does not include access to scientific activities and conference material

Please note that the "Impala Travel Beograd" is an official ICNI III Congress agency and they are responsible for participants Registration and Additional services (travel, accommodation, additional events)
Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the Congress. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard are accepted. American Express will not be accepted. Credit card payment implies a 3.9% surcharge fee. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until June 13th 2024.
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Committee by email to: ICNI2024@chem.bg.ac.rs
The following cancellation fees will apply:
§ Before April 15th 2024: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
§ From April 15th to May 15th 2024: 50% refund
§ As of May 15th or if the participant fails to attend: no refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the meeting.
