Please note that the "Impala Travel Beograd" (ICNI2024officialagency@gmail.com) is an official ICNI III Congress agency and they are responsible for participants Additional services (travel, accommodation, additional events).

For your convenience we recommend that for booking accommodation you use the official ICNI III Congress agency "Impala Travel Beograd". They can also help you with your travel arrangements and any additional request you might have. However, if you wish to book accommodation by yourself there are plenty of hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue.

HOTEL PALACE **** – (250 m from the Conference Hall)

The hotel is situated in the central part of Belgrade, 200m away from Knez Mihajlova, the main shopping street, and near Kalemegdan - Belgrade's medieval fortress and park. There is a wonderful view from the Belgrade Panorama restaurant onto the river Sava and its confluence with the Danube. The hotel has 71 rooms and 15 suites (non-smoking rooms available), two restaurants, an aperitif bar, a banquet restaurant, a TV and internet hall, a hair dresser, a tailor, an exchange office, a shop near the reception desk and a garage. Air tickets:

Participants have possibilities to buy air-tickets trough IMPALA.
Prices depend on the time of travel, availability of seats on a given flight, number of passengers, etc. Fill in this request and you will soon get a reply with a real offer ASAP.

Transfers:

Transfer from airport to hotel and back can be organized at the cost of 55 Euros

CANCELATION POLICY

1. In case your application for the Serbian travel visa is rejected:

Will be refunded completely of the full amount of the Tariff and most of the fees excluding costs amounting to 40 EUR (depending of company policy) – it is necessary to provide the official Embassy VISA refusal statement. We recommend being informed before purchasing ticket about details.

-Airline ticket –

Will be refunded as per terms and conditions of the paid tariff, according to the rules and regulations of the airline company. You shall be informed of these terms and conditions in detail before you are issued with the ticket by our booking desk.

-Hotel and optional programs –

Will be refunded completely reduced for the bank charges

2. Cancellation in any other event:

-Hotel and OPTIONAL PROGRAMS-

For cancellations submitted by April 15th , 2024.
- To be refunded of the full amount reduced for the bank charges
for cancellations from April 15th , to May 15th 2024.
- To be refunded with a deduction of 50% of the paid amount and full bank charges.
For cancellations after May 15th 2024. and later.
- Nonrefundable

§ Before April 15th 2024: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00

§ From April 15th to May 15th 2024: 50% refund

§ As of May 15th or if the participant fails to attend: no refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the meeting.
